All of our stationary displays are garnished with two fruit carvings and a large floral centerpiece


Deluxe Cheeseboard
Vermont cheddar, havarti with dill, Brie and smoked Gouda cheeses with 
an assortment of crackers, garnished with fresh fruit



Expanded Cheeseboard
Vermont cheddar, havarti with dill and muenster cheeses, an assortment of crackers, fresh fruit sections consisting of honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, oranges, pineapple, grapes, kiwi and star fruit, smoked sausage, kielbasa, whole grain mustard and cocktail breads



Vegetable Crudités
Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash
and cherry tomatoes displayed with a variety of tangy homemade dips



Goose Liver Pate
Served with rye Melba, an assortment of crackers, apple slices and grapes



Smoked Salmon
Accompanied by sour cream, chopped onions, chopped hard boiled eggs, 
pumpernickel bread, horseradish and capers



Raw Bar
Oysters, cherrystones, littlenecks and cocktail shrimp accompanied by 
Cocktail sauce, lemon wedges and horseradish



Antipasto
Grilled asparagus spears, Calamata olives, marinated mushrooms, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella, Gorgonzola cheese, focaccia, Camembert, Jarlsberg and Gruyere cheeses
